GALERIE GRILL

Galerie für Kunst und Design

Galerie Grill was founded in 2021 and is located in the heart of Graz's historic city centre. The gallery programme focuses on paintings, prints and sculptures, which are complemented by 20th century design positions and aims to offer visitors an exciting journey through the contemporary art scene.

In three to four exhibitions per year, a curated selection of both internationally renowned artists and promising talents of the younger generation are shown.

Galerie Grill contributes to cultural diversity in Graz and creates a space for dialogue between artists, art lovers and experts. It promotes the exchange between different art forms and styles through regular exhibitions and supports the discovery and promotion of talents from the region.

Constantin Luser. Spatial poetics

The artistic practice of Constantin Luser is rooted in the line – not as outline or preparatory mark, but as an autonomous spatial language. He transforms drawing from the plane into space, shaping it from wire into fragile, walkable structures.

These “spatial drawings” are not objects in the classical sense, but states: open systems of relationships, tensions, and resonances. His mirror glass paintings generate images that challenge perception, distort reflection, and open new perspectives – a play between constancy and change, between image, space, and self.
